If you observe any damage, including the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect damage, note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos to support@serenityprovision.com, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
