Refunds and Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment): If you cancel your order before it ships from the manufacturer's warehouse, you're entitled to a complete refund. However, if the order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be governed by our Return Policy detailed below. Please get in touch with us promptly to ensure you receive your full refund before your order is dispatched.

Return & Refund Policy: If you need to return an item, we're here to help. For most brands we carry, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt. If your return is approved, you will be refunded the purchase price, minus a 25% restocking fee. Returned items must be in "like new" condition, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the item's safe return.

Upon return inspection, if the item is not in "like new" condition or is missing any original parts, the restocking fee may increase up to 100% to cover refurbishing or replacement costs.

Note that the fee for White Glove Delivery & Installation is non-refundable, as it is paid directly to our service providers.

Brand-Specific Return Policies: Some items may not be returnable once shipped, as we source directly from manufacturers and their return policies may differ. If a brand or product has a specific return policy, it will be listed under the "Return Policy" section on the product page. We advise reviewing this information for the most accurate and up-to-date return details for your purchase.

Return Instructions: To start a return, email us at support@serenityprovision.com. Include your order number, the items you're returning, and the reason for return in your email for efficient assistance. Make sure returned items are in the original packaging with all included parts. Missing items may incur up to a 100% restocking fee. Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within up to 8 days.

Shipping Information: We aim to dispatch your order quickly. Shipping estimates for each product are available on the product pages but are subject to change. We appreciate your patience during delays and will keep you informed about your order's status.

Damage Policy: Inspect your order upon delivery for any damage. Report any damage by sending photos and a description to support@serenityprovision.com within 24 hours of receipt. We'll handle the insurance claim to the manufacturer on your behalf.

Warranty Information: Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. For detailed information, please check the product page or contact us. Warranties cover defects arising from normal use over time. Defects not reported within 15 days of arrival are not eligible for warranty claims.

Chargeback Policy: Our team aims to resolve any issues fairly and efficiently. Customers filing fraudulent chargebacks will face legal action. If you encounter any issues, please contact us first for resolution.
