Match Lit

"Match Lit" for fire pits is a manual ignition method where you use a match or lighter to start the fire. You open the gas valve, hold a lit match or lighter near the burner, and ignite the gas. This method is straightforward and budget-friendly but requires more effort and caution than automatic ignition systems.

Match Lit With Flame Sense

Similar to Match Lit, but with an added safety feature called a flame sensor. After opening the gas valve, you use a match or lighter to ignite the gas. The flame sensor detects the flame and keeps the gas flowing. If the flame goes out unexpectedly, the sensor shuts off the gas supply to prevent accidents, ensuring safer operation.

Spark Ignition With Flame Sense

"Spark Ignition with Flame Sense" combines automatic spark ignition with a flame sensor. No match or lighter is needed. When you turn on the gas valve and activate the ignition, a spark ignites the fire. The flame sensor detects the flame and maintains gas flow. If the flame goes out, the sensor shuts off the gas to prevent gas buildup, offering both convenience and safety.

Low Voltage Electronic Ignition

This automatic ignition system uses a low-voltage electric current to start the fire. It eliminates the need for a match or lighter, providing convenience and safety. When you turn on the gas valve, an electric spark ignites the fire. The system is energy-efficient and often includes flame sensing technology for added safety.

Plug & Play Electronic Ignition

An automatic ignition system that is easy to install and use. It does not require a match or lighter for ignition. When you turn on the gas valve, an electric spark ignites the fire. The "Plug & Play" design allows for quick and simple installation, with minimal setup or wiring required. It is pre-assembled in The Outdoor Plus products for easy connection to a power source and the fire pit's gas supply.

All orders for products from The Outdoor Plus are made-to-order, and all sales are final.

Serenity Provision offers free home curbside/dock delivery for products from The Outdoor Plus. Shipping times vary based on location and transit. For fire pits, fire tables, bowls, or fireplaces, couriers will schedule delivery appointments.

Deliveries:

For curbside/dock deliveries, clients should inspect the shipment before signing the proof of delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged, clients should sign as "DAMAGED" and reject the delivery. They should also take photographs of the damage and send them to support@serenityprovision.com for assistance.

For successful deliveries, clients are responsible for moving the product(s) within the property.

Product Return & Cancellation Policy:

All orders for products from The Outdoor Plus are made-to-order. Orders not yet in production incur a 10% cancellation fee.

For returns, clients incur a 25% restocking fee and are responsible for return shipping costs. Special order, made-to-order, and custom-made items are not eligible for return.
