Our 100% Price Match Guarantee, however, comes with certain restrictions:

Promotions like rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
The website in question cannot be a discounter or auction platform (e.g., eBay).
The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the purchased item.
The Price Match Guarantee calculation encompasses the item price, sales tax, and shipping charges.

It's important to note that Price Matches do not apply to exchange orders or replacements. Please be aware that some exclusions may apply and while we honor price matches, the final decision is at the authority of Serenity Provision.

Shipping Policy

In-stock orders ship in 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will
receive an email with the tracking details of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

Receving:

Freight shipments require that someone over the age of 18 be available to receive and sign for the delivery. It is our policy that the person responsible for accepting and signing for the delivery thoroughly inspects the goods as they arrive. It is imperative to us that all damage is noted on the delivery paperwork and photographed. If damage is not documented, we have no recourse with the shipper, making it more difficult to service your claim. Within 24 hours of accepting the delivery, a thorough inspection must take place and all claims must be submitted.

If you neglect to inspect the goods within 24 hours, please note that we will not honor your claim. Waterbox will not honor damage or defective claims once the product has been stored, moved, assembled, installed, etc. If you refuse the shipment or the offered replacement, your order will be treated as a return and subject to the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee.

Warranty

Waterbox Aquariums® warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months, valid from the original date of purchase. Waterbox will repair or replace this product free of charge with new/rebuilt parts. Damage to the aquarium is not included.
